By accessing CitrusClip, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.
CitrusClip is an AI-powered video editing platform that converts long-form videos into short-form clips optimized for social media. CitrusClip also offers an optional Scheduler feature that lets you connect third-party social media accounts (including TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram) to publish or schedule clips directly to those platforms.
• 1 credit = 1 minute of source video processing
• Credits are deducted when video processing begins
• Free plan credits expire after 14 days if unused. Starter and Pro credits roll over monthly.
• Credits are non-refundable once used
You are responsible for:
• Content you upload (must own rights or have permission)
• Keeping your account secure
• Not uploading illegal or harmful content
• Not attempting to abuse or exploit the service
You may not upload content that:
• Violates copyright or intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal material
• Promotes violence or hatred
• Contains malware or harmful code
If you choose to connect a social media account (such as TikTok) through our Scheduler, you authorize CitrusClip to publish content to that account only when you explicitly schedule or trigger a post. CitrusClip will never publish, message, follow, or take any action on a connected account without you initiating it. You may disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard, which immediately revokes our access. You remain solely responsible for content you choose to publish to your connected accounts and for complying with each platform's own terms of service and community guidelines.
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually
• All purchases are sold by Paddle.com Market Limited, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, who processes payments securely on our behalf
• You can cancel anytime (takes effect at end of billing period)
• No refunds for partial months
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice
We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice.
